Nathelie is the 2022 Orrick Racial Justice Fellow at Common Future. She serves as in-house counsel on general matters within Common Future as well as legal counsel on transactions led by Common Future to deploy capital to underrepresented social entrepreneurs in underserved communities. As Counsel at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, she regularly serves as bond and disclosure counsel for state agencies, universities, cities, school districts and other political subdivisions in tax-exempt bond transactions and represents investment banking firms as underwriter’s counsel.

Nathelie has a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.S. in Sociology from Texas State University.  She currently resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and three children. When she is not working, she enjoys listening to music, watching her kids play sports, dancing, and photography.
