Bianca Reyes, SPHR

Bianca Reyes joins Common Future as interim Director of HR, with a fervor for the social impact sector and the firm belief that people are an organization’s greatest asset.
She was previously Senior Manager of People at the Series-C fintech startup, Stori, whose mission is to extend credit to the underbanked community in Mexico. She helped build the HR infrastructure, enabling Stori to reach a billion dollar valuation and double in headcount during her tenure. She previously worked at Dalberg’s Strategy Consulting and Design Thinking businesses where she transformed the employee experience to better reflect their values and DEI objectives. Her social impact trajectory began at the Institute for Inclusive Security, whose mission is to increase the participation of women in preventing, resolving, and rebuilding after deadly conflicts, where she ran operations and managed a $5M budget.
Bianca is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), holds an MS in Conflict Analysis & Resolution and a BS in Public Administration from George Mason University. She is a co-host of the ’Resources for Humans’ DC monthly meetup. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Queens, NY, she is a proud 1st-generation college graduate and a recovering sneakerhead. She lives in Northern Virginia, enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
