Yaye Maguette Drame

Yaye is an experienced operations and administrative professional with a demonstrated working history in the financial private sector, focused mainly on fund administration investment services. She joins Common Future as an Investment Operations Manager responsible for lending operations’ tasks and servicing for borrowers through the lifecycle of their loans.

Prior to joining Common Future, she worked as a Financial Analyst in alternative investments and mutual funds at the Bank of New York Mellon for six years. She switched gears to impact investing as an Operations Manager at Brightmore Capital in Senegal as she searched for ways to use her financial background to have a positive imprint on her community.

Yaye grew up in Senegal and Malawi before moving to the east coast for college. As an immigrant, she places high value in inclusion and equality in financial opportunities and education for all. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a Master in Business Administration from Salem State University.
