About Lotus

Lotus Wong is an Artist of Life and Soulpreneur with 12 years of experience guiding and gathering groups to grow and heal together. With a passionate curiosity for self and organizational transformation, Lotus is committed to helping people wake up to their true selves, expand their creative capacities, and reclaim love and liberation as their birthright.

In practice, Lotus has been on her own journey of healing and self-discovery, traveling and working in over 30 countries from Japan to Iceland to Mexico. This healing journey led her to create the School of Unconditional Love (S.O.U.L.) a BIPOC-centered global education platform offering courses, coaching and community gatherings. Lotus is also the Co-host of This Intentional Life, a soul-provoking podcast featuring women of color living wholeheartedly.

Beyond her personal ventures, Lotus brings her whole self to work as the People Manager for Common Future (CF). At CF, she leads recruitment, supports learning & development, and guides the overall employee experience. Lotus also freelances as a Lead Coach, Consultant, Experience Designer, and Facilitator for several global teams. Her stack of skills includes organizational culture transformation, creative learning & development, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging, and leadership development.

Lotus’ educational background includes a BA in Marketing and a minor in Design Studies from Arizona State University. A certificate in International Business from the University of Economics, Prague, an Organizational Culture Coaching & Consulting Certificate from Delivering Happiness, a Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Holistic Underground, and an Executive Education Diploma in Design and Leadership from DSIL Global certified by UPEACE, the United Nations Mandated Graduate School of Peace and Conflict Studies.
