Keeisi is a dynamic entrepreneur, scientist, and a passionate advocate for first-generation success. Driven by a profound commitment to enhancing lives and driving positive change, Keeisi focuses on promoting upward economic mobility and ensuring equitable access to capital. As the Manager of Portfolio Advancement, Keeisi plays a pivotal role in accelerating organizations dedicated to tackling economic inequality in the United States. 

Prior to her role at Common Future, Keeisi served as the Lead Operations Associate for Techstars’ Workforce Development Accelerator. During this time, she immersed herself in supporting organizations dedicated to advancing economic mobility through workforce development initiatives. Her invaluable experience includes an impactful tenure in the space industry, where she contributed passionately to various startup companies, including her own venture. Notably, Keeisi secured federal grants to fund the development of groundbreaking space entrepreneurship programs, earning national recognition from NASA.

Keeisi earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2019, followed by a Master of Science in Physics from the same esteemed institution in 2020. 

As a first-generation Mexican-American, Keeisi’s journey encompasses growing up in Mexico before returning to the United States where she was born. She is presently based in Houston, Texas, she finds joy in cross-country road trips, engaging in hands-on DIY projects such as sewing and furniture restoration, as well as exploring her love for hiking, camping, and cherishing moments with her family.
