About Katheryn

With degrees in Political Science and International Studies, Katheryn started out with a career in political fundraising. From there, Katheryn leveraged her abilities to connect with people personally and professionally, as well as her passion for justice, to land her current position at Common Future. She sees the good in each human and strives to make every stranger she encounters feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued. Katheryn is an ardent defender of the underdogs and cares deeply about working on ways to solve societal inequities by shifting power, policy, and pelf. She brings experience in writing, event hosting, problem solving, and mission-aligned investing to serve and work with philanthropic leaders towards that shift. When not working, you can often find her reading, working on puzzles, biking, running, or exploring Philadelphia with her pup.
