Caitlin is energized by opportunities to co-create a better world and challenge the status quo in the spirit of equity and inclusivity. She brings an eclectic range of experience in business development, strategic communications, and organizational advancement from Cape Town to Baltimore. She forged her engagement in social entrepreneurship as a 2016 Venture for America Fellow in Baltimore and through her time in South Africa co-creating FoodPods, an urban farming initiative. Caitlin has taught human centered design at China Women’s University, and was also selected as the first global ambassador for Northeastern University, where she was responsible for advising global programs to advance the university mission abroad. Caitlin earned her BA in Political Science and International Affairs with minors in Business and Global Social Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.
