Andrew has worked for a variety of organizations making improvements to the internal infrastructure of an organization.
Hailing from Los Angeles, Andrew grew up seeing first hand the cycle of poverty and inequality within the Latino community. Hungry for greater understanding and solutions, he moved to the bay area to study political structures and power theories. It was in school where he also got involved in activism and community building.
Since then, Andrew has worked as an intern at the office of Nancy Pelosi, as a clerk in city hall, at homeless shelters, and many other non-profits. He has developed his skills in operations and is looking forward to continuing his work in the non-profit world in a supportive capacity.
When he is not doing that, Andrew is either hiking, playing guitar, reading, or drinking boba with his friends.
