About Adrienne

Adrienne Russman (she/her) is a generalist, strategist, wonk and communicator. As Director of Knowledge and Insights, she is responsible for sharing what we’re learning at Common Future with the wider world to help proliferate policies, programs, and practices that lead to a more equitable future for everyone in the United States. Connecting both qualitative and quantitative data, Adrienne blends insights and stories that shine a light on trends and models we should all be paying attention to.

A Jack of all trades, Adrienne brings experience working in government, politics, and the third sector. Adrienne comes to Common Future from Uncharted, a social impact accelerator working to address economic inequality where she at various points held roles leading network management, collective impact initiatives, and thought leadership. Prior to her work in the social impact space, Adrienne hailed from the political world where she was a Senior Policy Advisor to Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper, working on special initiatives, and advising on policy, legislative direction, and communication strategy. Adrienne has also worked on political campaigns from the local to national levels and served as a consultant to nonprofits.

Adrienne is a Denver native, a graduate of Wesleyan University, and a Political Partner at the Truman National Security Project. Away from the office, Adrienne is probably on her bike, in the mountains, or trying to perfect a loaf of sourdough bread.
