About Wayne

Wayne Groff joined the Lancaster County Community Foundation as the VP-Finance in 2014. He is a CPA and in the decade prior, he was an Audit Manager at KPMG and at a regional accounting firm in Pennsylvania. Wayne is a Lancaster County native who grew up in Willow Street, PA, graduated from Messiah College, and enjoys vacationing in Cape May, NJ and Rehoboth Beach, DE. Wayne loves Christmas, gardening, and playing ultimate frisbee.
