Joohee manages strategic initiatives for the Foundation focused on community leadership. Her current portfolio of initiatives includes Impact Investing, Santa Fe Birth to Career Collaboration (SF B2C), LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) and MoGro (Mobile Grocery). In her previous career, Joohee was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co advising cross-sector clients ranging from global corporations to national foundations in various areas including strategy, mergers and acquisitions, organization, and performance management. She was a member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice and the Nonprofit Practice at McKinsey.
