About Jessica

Jessica is chief of staff for the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania and former executive director of ASSETS Lancaster which focuses on microenterprise, social enterprise, women’s leadership, and creative financial capital and local economic development research and organizing. Jessica previously founded & directed an arts and social enterprise incubator, managed an economic development effort and local foods market in a low-income community, and directed an urban service learning program. She has significant board and committee service in community and economic development efforts, and has an MBA in Sustainability from Bard College and a BA from Eastern Mennonite University. Jessica was born and resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
