About Hal

Since 2005, Hal has worked as a consultant and business coach to non-profits and businesses in the U.S. and abroad, serving teams and executives in areas of marketing, business development, strategic planning and personal development. He is co-founder and director of LAUNCH (Leadership Asset for Urban Neighborhood Change and Healing), a micro-enterprise development initiative. Hal’s past accomplishments include founding several successful start-ups, developing new business for Spheris – a Nashville-based healthcare company listed on Inc.’s 500 Fastest Growing list in ’04 and ’05 – and providing leadership to The Moriah Group, which won the Silver Anvil award in 2006 for excellence in marketing and public relations. Hal received his B.A. in business administration from Covenant College.
