About Crystal

Crystal works with communities to develop innovative solutions to support women and people of color as assets for healthy sustainable communities. Her portfolio of work includes projects in Philadelphia, Boston and Grand Rapids where she helped those regions strengthen their entrepreneurial ecosystems. Crystal was the former Vice President of Economic Inclusion & Minority Business Accelerator at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. For seven years, she led the organization’s economic development activities to increase economic inclusion within the regional business community.
