About Carlos

Carlos is the founder and leader of Novle Firm in which he works with stakeholders, legislators, and interested parties to help communicate the significant environmental, economic and cultural benefits of his clients’ missions, products and/or services. He has a diverse portfolio of clients including Local First Arizona/Fuerza Local, The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Adelante Public Affairs & Communications. A graduate of the Hispanic Leadership Institute, Carlos is deeply involved in public service. For the past eight years, Carlos has been an active supporter of Arizona Latino Research Enterprises, a bipartisan organization that advocates for education and political support to the Latino community in Arizona. In 2012, Carlos served on the Amigos for Carmona committee as part of the Carmona for US Senate campaign.
