About Adele

Adele builds capacity for small businesses in order to strengthen and sustain New Orleans. She directs business development and the market access program ConnectWorks at Good Work Network in New Orleans. She holds more than 15 years of experience working with small businesses and micro-entrepreneurs, a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Loyola University, and a JD from Loyola University. Adele believes that building the capacity of small businesses is critical to growing and sustaining of New Orleans’ economy and building stronger communities. She is deeply rooted in her community and strives daily to support the small businesses of Greater New Orleans.
